– Athletes must form part of the Bester Performance cycling club for a minimum of 1 year before they will be considered to be included in the talent support system.
– The talent support system is there to help young talented aspiring athletes to cover some of their race expenses.
– No athlete is guaranteed to be included in the talent support system. The Bester Performance management committee will be the sole electors of which athletes are eligible to benefit from the talent support system.
– The club will in no way take responsibility for an athlete who is no elected for the talent support system.
-The talent support system is there to help support the elected athletes with certain expenses. The club will in no way be responsible to pay any expenses which were not agreed upon prior to an event between the club and the talent support system supported athlete.
