How we work
We build customized training programs to suite your specific needs, abilities and time available so that you can reach your goals.
We build all of our custom training programs on Training Peaks using either heart rate zones or power zones.
What do you need:
- GPS unit that is able to connect and upload Training Peaks.
- Heart rate monitor strap.
- Open a free basic online account with Training Peaks.
- Power meter – Optional
Our skills sessions can be do individually or in groups.
