Is the Lockdown getting you down?

It is day 21 of which should have been the last day of our 21 day lockdown… Instead, it has been prolonged by another 14 additional days.

Many athletes are getting fed up with their daily routines and training programs. Some coaches keep on giving the same types of training programs and plans than they were before the lockdown. Which means long hours on the indoor trainer which not only drains all of the athletes physically but also mentally.

We at Bester Performance try to keep things interesting by building indoor specific programs for the lockdown period which is not only really effective but also sustainable in the long run due to the way we manage and limit your time spent on the indoor trainer.
